Step 1 – Document Preparation
We will prepare the required documentation to initiate the change of your registered agent with RAK ICC.
Step 2 – Signing Company Documents
For UAE residents: Visit our office in Business Bay, Dubai to sign the necessary documents.
For non-UAE residents: We will send you a specimen signature form to be signed before a notary public in your home country. The signed original, along with other company documents signed at your home/office, must be returned to us in original form.

Step 3 – Completion of Agent Change
Regular requests: We will submit your company documents to RAK ICC. The change of agent typically takes 3–5 working days.
Urgent requests: If you require faster service, the change can be completed in 1 working day for an additional AED 1,700.
