SRTIP offers three primary types of licenses to support a wide range of business activities:

• Industrial License
  Ideal for companies engaged in manufacturing, production, or transformation of materials—whether it’s machinery, textiles, food items, or metal goods.

• Service License
  Suitable for businesses offering professional or consultancy-based services, such as financial advising, IT consulting, or investment management.

• Trading License
  Grants permission for buying, selling, importing, and exporting goods within the UAE and internationally.

How to Apply for a License at SRTIP

Step 3: Once approved, your business license will be issued, and you’re ready to operate.

How to Apply for a UAE Residency Visa Through SRTIP

1. Company Establishment Card
   We start by applying for your company’s establishment card. This usually takes a few working days to process.

2. E-Channel Registration
   This is a mandatory system registration for all Sharjah free zone companies—we’ll manage it on your behalf.

3. E-Visa Application
   We apply for your entry permit. If you’re outside the UAE, you must enter before it expires. If you’re already in the UAE, we’ll process an in-country status change.

4. Medical & Biometrics
   You’ll complete a medical exam (blood test and chest X-ray), followed by fingerprinting and biometric capture for your Emirates ID.

5. Visa Approval & Emirates ID
   After visa stamping, your Emirates ID will be issued. An express option is available, depending on SRTIP’s approval.

6. Optional Health Insurance
   We’ll help you select a health insurance plan if needed.

  A compact 20–27 sqm office space furnished with 4–6 workstations, ideal for small teams.

• Ecosystem Office
  Spacious 50–80 sqm office setup that supports businesses with large teams and provides visa eligibility for over 10 employees.

• Innovation Office
  An open-plan office at the SRTIP HQ available at a competitive AED 800/sqm rate.

• Innovation Plot
  Dedicated land spaces for businesses to develop their own facilities or infrastructure.

Documents Required for Business Setup at SRTIP Free Zone

For Individual Shareholders:

• Copy of valid passport (shareholder & manager)

• Latest UAE entry stamp or visit visa

• Emirates ID and residency visa copy (for UAE residents)

• Recent utility bill or tenancy contract (as address proof)

• Passport-sized photo

For Corporate Shareholders:

• Memorandum & Articles of Association

• Valid trade license of the company

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Board Resolution approving company setup at SRTIP
