RAK International Corporate Centre (commonly referred to as RAKICC or RAK ICC) is a government-owned corporate registry located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. RAKICC is responsible for the registration and administration of international business companies (IBCs), also known as offshore companies, in the UAE.
Formed by Decree No. 12 of 2015 (amended by Decree No. 4 of 2016), RAKICC was established through the consolidation of two major registries:
- RAK International Companies (previously under RAK Free Trade Zone)
- RAK Offshore (previously part of RAK Investment Authority)
